Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MotorHub.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Access is currently limited to invited participants in our private alpha program.
Private Alpha Program
MotorHub.ai is in active development. Features, interfaces, and data structures may change without notice. The Platform is provided "as is" for evaluation and feedback purposes. Alpha participants agree not to share access credentials or platform details with unauthorized third parties.
Permitted Use
You may use the Platform solely for your internal business evaluation and as permitted by your alpha access agreement. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, or use the Platform to build a competing product.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you connect to or upload to the Platform. By using MotorHub.ai, you grant us a limited license to process your data for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
Confidentiality
Alpha participants agree to keep non-public information about the Platform, including unreleased features, pricing, and product roadmap, confidential. This obligation survives termination of your alpha access.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. As an alpha product, downtime, data loss, and breaking changes may occur.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotorHub.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform during the alpha period.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your alpha access at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate your participation by contacting us at hello@motorhub.ai.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify alpha participants of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
